1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fit Out Solution website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or commission our services.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All written estimates and quotations provided by Fit Out Solution are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted are based on initial measurements and specifications; any subsequent design alterations or structural modifications requested by the client may incur additional charges.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

For custom manufacturing (including commercial signs, Dutch awnings, glass shopfronts, and security shutters), a non-refundable deposit is required prior to production. Full balance payment is due upon successful installation or delivery of goods.

4. Site Access & Installation

The client must ensure clear, unobstructed, and safe access to the premises on the agreed installation date. Fit Out Solution is not liable for installation delays caused by restricted site access, extreme adverse weather conditions, or unapproved third-party building work.

5. Warranty & Product Guarantees

We provide a comprehensive warranty on our products against manufacturing defects and workmanship faults. Electrical components (such as LED transformers and motorized awning/shutter motors) carry standard manufacturer warranties.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom graphic designs, architectural drawings, artwork, and website content produced by Fit Out Solution remain our intellectual property until all invoices have been paid in full.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
